Website terms

These terms govern use of pursuitwire.ca and the public sample material available through it. A paid PursuitWire pilot is governed by the separate founding pilot terms accepted with the order or invoice.

Important distinction: A project card is research and a suggested next step. It is not proof of an open service package, bid invitation, buyer interest, contract opportunity, or expected financial result.

1. Operator

PursuitWire is a service identity operated by 2824181 ALBERTA INC., Calgary, Alberta. Questions may be sent to hello@pursuitwire.ca.

2. Information only

The website and public samples provide general business research and describe the PursuitWire service. Public information can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or removed. PursuitWire uses judgment when screening projects, but does not represent that every fact remains current after the stated retrieval date.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming project scope, procurement status, contacts, eligibility, safety, pricing, credit, legal requirements, and contracting terms before relying on or acting on any card. Use only lawful and appropriate pursuit methods.

4. No outcome guarantee

PursuitWire does not guarantee that a project has a package for your service, that a buyer is seeking quotes, that you are eligible or invited to bid, that anyone will respond, or that you will receive a quote request, award, revenue, or return on investment.

5. Free sample

A free sample is provided for evaluation. Availability and scope may depend on the service lane and on whether current projects meet the written quality standard. Receiving or requesting a sample does not require you to purchase a pilot.

6. Paid pilot

The founding pilot is currently offered at CAD 600 paid upfront for a 90-day reserved Calgary service lane, with no automatic renewal. The complete deliverables, limits, first-packet guarantee, customer responsibilities, liability terms, and acceptance rules are stated in the founding pilot terms PDF. 7. Intellectual property

The PursuitWire name, website design, original text, and card format belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may download and internally evaluate a public sample. You may not present PursuitWire research as your own, remove source or limitation notices, resell the material, or use it to imply a relationship or opportunity that has not been verified.

8. Third-party sources

The website and samples may link to owner, contractor, government, procurement, and other third-party sources. PursuitWire does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or terms.

9. Website availability

The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. We do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 2824181 ALBERTA INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the website or public sample material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

The PursuitWire privacy policy explains how information is handled. This website is designed without analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or customer accounts. The sample request form sends four business fields through Google Forms and Google Workspace.

12. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will first be raised in writing so the parties can try to resolve it in good faith.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated website terms apply to later use.
