Calgary construction pursuit desk

Know which projects are worth your time.

Stop spending sales time sorting scattered project updates. We screen current Calgary projects for your service, then show what to check now, watch, or pass.

Representative project card

Public Calgary infrastructure project

Why it may fit: Published work and timing suggest a plausible need for temporary site services. The public record does not confirm a package for your trade.

Public stage
Active construction
Public route
Named prime or vendor page
Next move
Verify procurement path

Material unknown: No open package, invitation, buyer interest, or service scope has been verified.

The projects are public. The useful shortlist takes work.

Owner updates, award notices, contractor pages, municipal records, and vendor portals each show only part of the picture.

Without PursuitWire

Search several sources, check whether the information is current, judge the service fit, find a legitimate route, then decide whether to act.

With PursuitWire

Open a screened list. See the recommendation, the evidence behind it, one next move, and what still needs verification.

Turn a public signal into one defensible move.

This illustrative workflow shows the decision a PursuitWire card is designed to support. It does not represent a confirmed package or customer result.

Public signal

A relevant project is active.

The prime contractor is named, but no package for your service has been confirmed.

PursuitWire decision

Watch, then verify one route.

Check the prime contractor's vendor path this week. Do not treat the project as an open opportunity.

Practical benefit

Spend attention on the next check.

Skip another round of broad searching and keep the material unknowns visible before anyone acts.

Research done. Judgment visible.

We do not hide uncertainty behind a lead score. The source and the service-fit judgment stay separate.

  1. Screen current signals

We review relevant owner, contractor, procurement, award, and project sources for your Calgary service lane.

  2. Test the fit

A project qualifies only when the source is current, the service fit is plausible, and a public pursuit route exists.

  3. Make the decision

You get a check now, watch, or pass recommendation with one next move and the unknowns to verify.

Clear limits, before you decide.

Is this a lead list?

No. PursuitWire screens current public project signals and identifies a lawful public route. It does not sell personal contact data or claim buyer interest.

If the information is public, what am I paying for?

You are paying for the screening and decision work, not access to public data. PursuitWire checks scattered sources, tests each project against your service lane, marks the unknowns, and gives you one practical next move.

What if I already use a project or lead platform?

If your current system already gives you a reliable check now, watch, or pass decision, you may not need PursuitWire. If someone still has to screen the feed, verify the route, and decide what deserves attention, that is the work PursuitWire is designed to remove.

Does a card mean a package is open?

No. Each card states what is known and what remains unverified. Confirm the package, procurement path, and commercial fit before acting.

What if only two projects qualify?

You receive the two qualifying projects and an explanation. We do not add weak cards to reach a quota.

Do I need another account or software tool?

No new software account is required. You receive each weekly action list by email plus a private running Pursuit Board in a portable spreadsheet or equivalent private document. The founding pilot does not require a public dashboard, customer login, meeting, credential sharing, or private contact-list upload.

Why is the pilot paid upfront?

The pilot reserves one Calgary service lane for 90 days and commits the first packet plus 12 weekly packets. You see a free sample before deciding, and the written first-packet standard includes correction and refund steps if the corrected packet still misses that standard.

Do I have to buy after the sample?

No. The three-project sample is free. The paid pilot begins only after written acceptance, completed intake, and settled payment.

Yes. PursuitWire uses AI-assisted research and drafting. Every delivered card must cite current public sources, separate facts from service-fit judgment, state what remains unknown, and pass the written card standard before delivery.

Does this site track me?

No. This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or customer accounts. If you use the sample request form, the four fields you submit are processed through Google Workspace so PursuitWire can answer the request.
